More and more young people around the world are developing serious mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety, even in the aftermath of the pandemic. Many are now focusing on self-care, often looking for digital tools to help them fit this new aspect into their increasingly busier lives.
Young people fail to find the time and energy to journal about their mental health
Provide a hassle-free journaling experience that can be heavily personalized. Help users learn about what they’re doing with relevant educational content for any level of familiarity.
My goal for this project was to go through a standard process of creating a product, so I proceeded with Design Thinking.
